"Prices feel a little high, right?"
tiff.net worked fine for me overall, so I can’t really complain too much. But am I the only one who feels like the pricing is a bit high for what you actually get? It’s not bad by any means, just doesn’t feel like the best value either.

"Great selection, but the browsing gaps are killing me"
I really like the selection here, there are tons of indie and international films, which is awesome. But oh my gosh, the lack of older classics is kind of tragic. Like, am I being dramatic? Maybe. But sometimes I just want to dig into older movies without feeling like I’m on a treasure hunt. I also wish it was easier to browse by mood, because some nights I don’t know what I want, I just know I need something weirdly cozy or emotionally devastating.

"I used tiff.net mostly to check the film..."
I used tiff.net mostly to check the film schedule, and it was straightforward. The times, dates, and venues were easy to spot, so I wasn’t stuck clicking through a bunch of pages just to figure things out.
It made planning between screenings a lot easier, especially when I was trying to avoid overlaps. The site felt simple and clear, which I appreciated because festival planning can get stressful fast.
The only thing is, after I paid, I felt a little unsure for a bit, like I wanted more reassurance that everything had gone through properly. Maybe I’m just cautious with online payments, but I did feel a bit distrustful until I saw the confirmation clearly.

"Pretty solid membership perks, right?"
I mainly got the TIFF membership for early access to tickets, it’s been worth it so far. It definitely takes some of the stress out of trying to grab seats for popular screenings, which is kind of the whole point, right?
The discounts are decent too, especially if you end up going a few times throughout the year. I also like getting updates about events and member-only stuff, though I do feel like the emails can be a little much sometimes. Maybe that’s just me?
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that the website can be a bit clunky when booking, and that part can get annoying. But overall, if you’re into movies and actually use the perks, it feels like a good deal.

"Really strong festival lineup"
I ended up using tiff.net quite a bit during the festival, and I have to say, the programming was genuinely impressive. There was a solid balance of major titles, smaller indie films, documentaries, and those slightly strange late-night picks that are fun to take a chance on. I discovered a few movies I probably never would’ve gone for otherwise, which was a nice surprise. The schedule can feel a little overwhelming at times, but overall, the lineup itself was really well put together

"Really well handled event"
I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. The crowds kept moving quickly, and the staff seemed to know exactly where people needed to go. It made the whole night feel easy and stress-free. Overall, I’d say it was a really well-organized event...

"Comfortable and Easy to Navigate"
I found the place comfortable overall. The seats felt nice, and the ramps made getting around much easier. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for somewhere simple and accessible.

"Refund and exchange were surprisingly painless"
I had to exchange one ticket and then get a refund for another, and I expected the usual runaround where they make it just annoying enough that you give up. But it was actually smooth. Support got back to me fast enough, everything was clear, and there wasn’t any drama. Way better than I thought it would be

"Honestly, the site was way easier than I expected"
I was just trying to get in, find what I needed, and get out without dealing with a bunch of annoying pages. tiff.net was actually really easy to use though. Everything loaded fine for me, and I didn’t have to click around forever to figure things out. I was ready to be irritated, but nope, it was smooth

"Pretty simple ticket-buying experience"
Buying tickets on TIFF was easy. The seat and time details were clear, and checkout went through without any real hassle. The only downside was that the site got a little slow to load at one point, which was mildly annoying, but it didn’t ruin anything. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use it again
